How to request account deletion

If you created an Arean's account (user or provider), you can request that we delete your account and the personal data associated with it.

1. Email us from the same email address linked to your Arean's account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered mobile number / account phone and full name so we can verify ownership.
4. Send the request to info@areansworld.com or call +91 74470 00198.

What happens after you request deletion

• We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
• We permanently delete or anonymize personal account data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.
• You will lose access to the app features that require a signed-in account.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained where required by law (for example payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records) for the period required under applicable regulations. Such retained data will not be used for marketing.

You may also submit a deletion request through our Contact page by clearly stating that you want your Arean's account deleted.
